1. Services Provided

We provide website design, development, hosting, and support services specifically tailored for trades and service businesses in the UK. Services are outlined in our package descriptions (Starter, Pro, Plus).

2. Payment & Fees

Build Fees – A one-time upfront payment is required before work begins.

Hosting & Support Fees – Recurring monthly fees apply as per your selected package. Subscription payments begin 30 days after purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are non-transferable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your website build.
• After 14 days, the upfront build fee is non-refundable, even if the website is not yet completed.
• Monthly hosting & support fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once paid.

4. Delivery of Services

• Starter Sites are typically delivered within 14–21 days.
• Pro Sites within 2–3 weeks.
• Plus Sites within 3–4 weeks.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, content submission, and revision requests.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide required content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure any materials you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) are owned by you or licensed for use.
• Keep your contact and billing details up to date.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Upon full payment, you own your completed website.
• You may request an export file for migration to another host (e.g. WordPress + Elementor).
• Any design frameworks, code, or tools we use internally remain the property of Trady Sites.

7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

We take data protection seriously and comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• Personal Data Collected – We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing details when you purchase services or use our contact forms.
• Use of Data – Data is used solely for delivering our services, processing payments, providing support, and sending performance reports.
• Data Storage – Your data is stored securely on GDPR-compliant systems.
• Third Parties – We may use trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, hosting providers, CRM integrations) to deliver services. These providers are also GDPR-compliant.
• Client Data in Websites – Any customer data collected through your website (e.g. form submissions, lead tracking) is your responsibility as the Data Controller. We act only as a Data Processor.
• Access Requests – You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
• Data Retention – We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or as legally required.

8. Ongoing Support & Edits

Each package includes a set number of monthly edit requests with specified turnaround times:

• Starter – 1 edit per month, 14-day turnaround
• Pro – 2 edits per month, 7-day turnaround
• Plus – 4 edits per month, 48-hour turnaround

Additional edits beyond these limits may incur extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes from websites or SEO services.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made or if you breach these Terms.
• You may terminate hosting & support by providing 30 days' written notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
