Website Build Fees
- All website build fees are non-refundable.
- This is because significant time, resources, and custom development are invested into each project from the moment your order is confirmed.
- We will work with you through revisions to ensure your site meets your expectations before launch.
Monthly Subscription Fees
- Monthly hosting and support fees are billed in advance.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice, and no further payments will be taken.
- Any subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Cancellations Before Completion
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your website build. After this 14-day period, the upfront build fee becomes non-refundable, even if the website is not yet completed.
- You will not be charged ongoing monthly fees if your subscription has not yet started.
Service Issues
- If you experience any issues with your live site, hosting, or support service, please contact us immediately.
- Our team will resolve problems promptly, in line with your package features.
